Locavions Aero Services has aircraft for rent. These are not owned by Locavions but Locavions manages rental for the owners. The aircraft that are available change, unfortunately there are no twins for private hire but the list currently includes Robin DR400, DR500 President, Aeroprakt A22, FK9, Cessna 150 and the amazing fun to fly aerobatic Cap 10C.

Pau is the site of the first flying school established outside the USA, by Orville Wright. The original airfield and control tower is still there. To the SW of Rwy 13/31 is military, to the NE is civilian. Pau is close to the Pyrenees, is a beautiful area with lots to offer. For Golfers, the Pau Golf Club is the oldest golf club outside of Scotland. Scenery is great, food wonderful, some nice treks in the mountains. Skiing is possible but the Pyrenees are not as high as the Alps and the snow is less reliable. Queues for the ski lifts tend to be pretty short compared to the Alps. Worth a visit.
